Who are we?

Mascoma Audio Visual is a nonprofit community media organization dedicated to connecting the Mascoma Valley through creativity, technology, education, and storytelling. Created by Students. Shared with the Community.

What began as a student-led media program has grown into a community hub where people of all ages can learn, create, collaborate, and share their stories. We believe that access to technology, creative opportunities, and supportive mentors can inspire confidence, spark curiosity, and open doors to new possibilities.

Whether someone is picking up a camera for the first time, learning to edit a film, producing a live event, creating digital art, or documenting local history, MAV provides the tools, resources, and community needed to bring ideas to life.

At its core, MAV is about people. It’s a place where creativity meets technology, where learning happens through experience, and where individuals can discover new passions while building meaningful connections with others.
