Mascoma AV Club started in 2020-2021 school year. Students at Mascoma Valley Regional High School learned how to fly drones, run stage productions, film, live stream and so much more. It grew from 6 students to 22 at the end of the 2024-2025 school year.
The students of the Mascoma AV Club produced and executed their own musical on top of running tech for the high school and middle school musicals, created countless newsletter videos, narrative projects, podcasts, live radio, learned industrial standard tools, ran lights, sound and projection for town deliberative sessions and town meetings. They run tech for community and school events almost daily.
Students were able to get credit for high school classes through the Extended Learning Opportunity Program.
This was just the beginning...

With the help of Staff members from MVRSD, community, and alumni - we hope to continue growing through this non-profit organization.

Just say yes
Staff members, community members and students: You have the ultimate ability to create magic, build curiosity and inspire kids and adults. Mascoma AV students are successful because of their way to prove to themselves that they can produce magic, with the use of engineering and technological knowledge. The only one stopping you, is you. Be better and build something bigger than yourself!
