Helping put on The Stinky Cheese Man was a rewarding experience that showed the importance of teamwork and leadership. High school students worked closely with 30 middle schoolers to prepare for the production, guiding them through rehearsals and helping them understand their roles on stage. This collaboration made the process organized and enjoyable.
Throughout rehearsals, the high school students supported the middle schoolers by helping them practice lines, learn stage movements, and stay focused. Many of the middle school students were nervous at first, but with encouragement and guidance, they gained confidence. The high school mentors learned patience and responsibility while helping younger students succeed.
The final performance of The Stinky Cheese Man was a success because of everyone’s hard work. Seeing the middle schoolers perform confidently on stage, backstage and producing was rewarding and proved that cooperation and dedication can lead to a great outcome.
